Stocklog
Stocklog keeps a log of stock changes in your store, lets you record why it happened, and exports the log as a spreadsheet for your team or your accountant.
Changes in available stock are logged with the time, location, quantity before and after, and whether it was made in Stocklog or elsewhere.
Give any change a reason such as damaged, received or cycle count, and a note your team can read later.

Install Stocklog from the Shopify App Store, then open it from Apps in your Shopify admin.
